1. Grant of License
Upon purchase, the Artist grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use-only license to download and use the purchased digital artwork file.
This license does NOT transfer copyright. Brooke Stefanelli (Brooke Illustrations) retains all rights, including the right to reproduce, distribute, and sell prints, merchandise, or derivative works.
2. Permitted Personal Use
The Buyer may:
Download and store the digital file for personal use.
Print the artwork for personal display at home or in a private space.
Use the artwork as a personal device wallpaper.
Gift a single printed copy to a friend or family member (non-commercial).
3. Prohibited Uses
The Buyer may NOT:
Reproduce, distribute, or sell the digital file or any printed versions.
Upload the artwork to print‑on‑demand websites (e.g., Redbubble, TeeSpring, Zazzle).
Use the artwork in any commercial product, branding, logos, advertising, packaging, books, NFTs, or merchandise.
Post, share, or upload the high‑resolution file online.
Edit, alter, filter, recolor, or otherwise modify the artwork (except for cropping for framing).
Claim the artwork as their own or imply they created it.
4. Copyright Notice
All artwork by Brooke Stefanelli / Brooke Illustrations is protected under U.S. and international copyright law. The Buyer receives a license to use, not ownership or copyright.
5. Refunds
Because digital files cannot be returned, all digital download sales are final and non-refundable.
6. Termination of License
This license is automatically revoked if the Buyer violates any of these terms. The Artist reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for copyright infringement.
