Created using professional acrylics on archival-quality canvas or panel, each work is intended to be collected, displayed, and enjoyed for generations. Reservation: A non-refundable deposit secures your place on the commission calendar. Creation: Your artwork is carefully created in the Brooke Illustrations Studio using professional materials and techniques. Delivery: Upon completion, the finished artwork is professionally packaged and shipped to its new home. Availability: Because each artwork is created through an intentionally meticulous process, only a limited number of private commissions are accepted each year. Commission inquiries are welcomed from collectors seeking meaningful, highly personal works of art created with lasting quality and artistic excellence.
















Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received in full upon completion of the booking. 2. Turnaround Time Each service includes an estimated total project duration, listed on your service page. Actual completion times may vary depending on complexity, revisions, or communication delays. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. 3. Revisions Each project includes 1–2 rounds of revisions (you choose). Additional revisions are billed at an hourly rate. Revisions must be provided during the review window, not after the project has been completed and delivered. 4. Communication All communication must be conducted through your chosen channels (email, website messaging, etc.). Clients are expected to respond within 48 hours to maintain project timelines. Unresponsive clients may experience delays. 5. Artwork Usage Rights Illustrations include personal use rights unless otherwise stated. Commercial use (branding, marketing, publishing, resale, merchandise, packaging, etc.) requires a commercial license fee. Artist retains full copyright and portfolio rights unless a separate buy‑out contract is negotiated. 6. Refunds & Cancellations If the client cancels after work has begun, payment for completed hours is required, and the remaining balance will be refunded. No refunds are issued once final artwork has been delivered. 7. Artwork Delivery Digital artwork is delivered in high‑resolution formats (PNG, JPEG, PDF, or requested formats). Physical artwork (if applicable) will be shipped using standard shipping methods; shipping fees apply. Artist is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers. 8. Client Responsibilities Client must provide clear instructions, reference photos, files, or brand assets before work begins. Quality of reference materials influences artwork accuracy. Any late changes to the project scope may incur additional charges. 9. Artist Rights Artist may decline projects that are rude, inappropriate, outside the scope of expertise, or not aligned with the artist’s values. Artist may display completed works in portfolios, social media, or promotional materials unless a privacy agreement is paid for.
